Sonam Kapoor: Sexism in the Society is Disgusting

Sonam Kapoor said ”I am not here to make money, although it would be nice”


Mumbai: Sonam Kapoor is not the person to shred her words. The heroine has time and yet again voiced her feelings bravely. She is brave and never afraid to stance for what she trusts in. Newly, at a chat show, where she seemed with her brother Harshvardhan Kapoor, She spoke about how men and women are paid inversely. “There is more of sexism in the culture which is horrible,” Sonam Kapoor told.

The heroine excited the instance of fellow heros, Varun Dhawan and John Abraham and the sort of money they acquired to make ‘Dishoom,’ that she says is “method more than what Kareena Kapoor and I were receiving to mark Veere Di Wedding movie.”

“We are making Veere and we are receiving an OK budget, but we are not receiving what we want. I have to cut my fee; Bebo has to change her fee to get this movie there. The movie is not extravagant as we made-up. It is unhappy and distressing. We should work hard extra to make it look a positive way,” she told.

After her knockout movies like Raanjhana and Neerja, Sonam consider that she still does not acquire her price as a lady in the film industry.

“Still, I am having problems getting ventures off the floor. The plans that I need to shoot them correctly,” Sonam says.

“It is distressing and somebody very wise alleged ‘Unfortunately, you people are the change then you are not going to profit from it. The peer group after you are going to benefit from it.’ I am satisfied with it as long as I grow to make my movies. I am not to make money here, however it would be nice. But I would like my plans to get the cash. I am not requesting for it,” she said.

Sonam Kapoor will be acting in a chick-flick ‘Veere Di Wedding,’ together with Kareena Kapoor Khan, Shikha Talsania and Swara Bhaskar, scheduled to release resulting year.
