Tollywood fitness trainer Mr. Kuldep Sethi clarifies how celebrities lose weight without conceding on health.
The fitand healthy actors of Tollywood are grateful to Hyderabad City’s Kuldep Sethi, whose celebrity client list comprises the young group —Varun Tej, Sai Dharam Tej, Aadi, Pragya Jaiswal, Raashi Khanna, Bellamkonda Srinivas and Sundeep Kishan, amid others. He is also the guy after Kalyan Ram’s current transformation for Puri Jagannadh’s movie Ism.
Kuldep had taken to a career of a fitness coach ever since he wanted to try his desire into his profession. Right from his schooling, Kuldep was into sporting activities and was completely fit. As an undergraduate, he had taken to body-building.
Kuldep’s first celebrity client was Ram Charan. “I have trained him for Chirutha and all his movie projects till Orange movie. I had also trained Chiranjeevi garu previously he gets into politics and Anushka for Arundhati movie,” says Kuldep, who inaugurated his personal gym in the Hyderabad city in the year 2009. “I have been keeping fit Sai Dharam Tej. He sought a ripped figure for Rey. I also trained Aadi for Rough movie,” he says.

The new and major alteration that has got Tollywood’s town speaking is that of Kalyan Ram. “He told me that the creators were looking for a different look. He was weighty and we had 4 months through which he had lost 12 kg. We initiated with callisthenics, practical and boot camp training since we desired him to lose weight. We then focused on muscle development. Diet also plays a crucial role. Raashi, also had weight loss. For her, we did more valuable training ever since her body type is diverse. Her frame is not too thin so her bone erection is good and it ropes good muscle mass. We did least weight training and did a lot of nimbleness, kickboxing, Muay Thai over an era of 3 months,” he says.
For persons who wish to lose weight, Kuldep has a talk of advice: “Anyone who wants to lose weight should give themselves certain time. If it occurs extremely, it will display on the face. I continuously tell actors to have an appropriate training pattern. One should look out for complete fitness. Actors have to endure major alteration in a short span. I ask them to take a smallest of 3months for it. Drastic alteration comes under a good leadership.”
“A slight one-hour workout is significant each day. Working out for 5 to 6 days in a week is better. But make certain that the program is altered with your daily necessities,” he says.
