The confusion over Revanth Reddy sustained even after AP CM, who came back from his foreign trip, met with TS TDP leaders.
Hyderabad: TDP president and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will not eject party leader A. Revanth Reddy. It will be left over to Mr. Reddy to play his hand, party representatives stated on Friday. “Why we need to suspend or eject him? We have removed him from the 2 posts. If he wishes to remain in the party and get the posts, he should satisfy Mr. Naidu. Our reports express that he will quit on his own in the coming few days,” said the representative.
The uncertainty over Mr. Reddy persistent even after Mr. Naidu, who came back from his foreign trip on Friday, met with Telangana State TD leaders. TS TD president L. Ramana updated Mr. Naidu on the growths on the Revanth Reddy front. Mr. Naidu said Mr. Ramana had acted on his directions in eliminating Mr. Revanth Reddy from the two posts.
A few leaders wished Mr. Naidu for one-on-one meetings. Mr. Reddy came to the conference after attending the Assembly session and sought after personal audience. Mr. Naidu then invited everybody to Vijayawada for one-on-one meetings. Mr. Revanth Reddy declined to talk to the media, asserting that he would first speak to Mr. Naidu and clarify his stand.
