Telangana government mulls monorail in Hyderabad’s IT corridor

Telangana state government is anticipating to introduce monorail transport system in Hyderabad.

The Telangana government is planning to familiarize monorail transport system in the city’s IT corridor to progress traffic movement, a senior administrator has said.

Jayesh Ranjan, the Principal Secretary (IT), stated this while speaking on the ‘5th FM Council Summit’, conducted by the Facilities Management Council (FMC) Telangana former evening, rendering to a release from the organisers.

FMC is the proficient body of the facilities management industry in the Telangana state.

Noticing that Hyderabad is still the favored destination for investments, the authorized cited example of well-known firms enhancing their staff strength in the Hyderabad city.

The anticipated green cover of 35 percent in the IT corridor could be attained in coming two years, he stated.
