It has these days been confirmed that Aandavan Kattalai is being re-created in Telugu by director Chinni Krishna, who has movies like Brother of Bommali and Veedu Theda to his credit. Confirming the update, a source says, “The director has roped in debutant Swathi Reddy and Rakshak actress for the film.
The shooting of this yet-to-be-titled flick has commenced. Since the unique story is set in Chennai, the Telugu script has been tweaked to suit the taste of viewers.” It is also whispered that actor Dhanraj will also be playing a main role in the flick.

The Moviemaker Chinni Krishna, who become nearby to the Telugu audiences with his movies like “Veedu Theda” and “Brother of Bommali” is helming this project. The buzz is that the director has approached Swathi and reportedly she gave a sign to it.
