SBI PO syllabus for the year 2017 is released and the exams are going to start from 29th April 2017.
SBI PO 2017 notification is out. SBI has released Exam Pattern and Syllabus of PO 2017 Preliminary Exam. The Prelims exam of SBI PO 2017 is going to start from 29th April this year. Students who are eligible have 3 months of time to prepare for PO 2017 Preliminary exam.

SBI PO 2017 – Exam Pattern
SBI PO Prelims Examination will be an online Test, consisting of Objective Tests for 100 marks.
There are 100 Objective type questions spread as 3 sections – English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability. The exam duration is of 60 minutes.
SBI PO Exam 2017 Syllabus Details:
In this section questions are asked from Verbal reasoning & Non Verbal Reasoning. Reasoning section have important role in both pre and main examinations. The questions are asked from the topics like Analogy, Coding & decoding, Blood relations, Sitting arrangements, Series completion, Syllogisms, Decision making, Statement reasoning, Series completion, Classification.
SBI PO English Syllabus:

SBI PO Data Interpretation and Analysis Syllabus:
In this section questions are asked from Data Interpretation and manipulation questions from Graphs and Diagrams including Line charts, Charts, pie charts, bar charts and tabular data. Application level questions from probability and statistics. Data Interpretation and Analysis is easy section.
SBI PO Descriptive Paper Syllabus:
In this section, expect questions relating to Letter writing (Usually official letters in connection with the normal functioning of a bank branch), Essay and Paragraph writing (Usually related to bank functioning and economy), Precis writing and Reading comprehension.

SBI PO 2017 Exam Eligibility Criteria
The age of the Candidate who can apply should be 21 years Minimum and age of 30 years Maximum as on 1st April 2017.
Minimum Educational Qualifications: Graduation from any recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Final year Students can also apply but the condition is that, if called for interview, they will have to produce proof of passing the graduation on or before 01.07.2017. Candidates who have integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate make sure the date of passing the IDD is on or before 01.07.2017. Candidates possessing qualification of Chartered Accountant can also apply.
