Saurav Chakrabarthi had made his Tollywood debut with Dhruva and is profound to do more movies here.
Saurav Chakrabarthi might have arrived Telugu Film Industry with Dhruva but remarkably he has been part of Tollywood for a while. The actor has been a part of the Bengali film industry which is also known as Tollywood! “Moreover, from the day Dhruva had released, I had a release Amar Prem in Bengali also. It has been exciting time,” shares the actor who instigated his trip with television with Left Right Left.
Dhruva gets him play a determined sharpshooter lent by Arvind Swamy in his fight contrary to the character. Mooring the character was a very thrilling prospect for Saurav. “I was first told about this character, I thought that they had already Okayed somebody else for the character. But when I went ahead anyhow and fortunately, they selected me. I have been a big fan of Surender Reddy garu having viewed his movies like Kick and Race Gurram which I valued. The idea of functioning with him sounded indeed exciting and excellent.”
The 29 years old has actor also worked in a Tamil and Kannada films each and is also waiting for the proclamation of a pair of Hindi films. Ask him how altered the experience was, and he retorts, “This has been my extensive character so far and also the largest movie. I got to work with a giant production house and few well-known names like Arvind Swamy and Ram Charan and I deliberate things couldn’t have become better. But yes, this marks me want to be now a lot more and I desire to do more movies in Telugu. I am a hard worker and I certainly not quit. So I definitely keep trying till I get some good work.”
Is Saurav acquainted with the industry at all? “Oh yes! I am a big fan of Allu Arjun and Ravi Teja. I really love the mass charm of Ravi Teja, I am in wonderment of Arjun’s dances and energy levels,” he shares.
