Sai Dharam Tej says he will take at least four years of time to ‘settle down’.
Sai Dharam Tej is a happy man as his most recent movie, Winner, is doing so well at the box-office, in spite of mixed reviews. The movie had record breaking first day box office collections and is still going strong day by day. The hero says that he likes the father-son portion in the movie. The actor’s next movie is Nakshtram, which will be directed by Krishna Vamsi. He is also playing the lead role in Jawan that will be directed by BVS Ravi.
He speaks he feels so happy when producers get well their money they invest in movies, and says, “Since the start, I trusted the story.” Speaking about his upcoming movie Jawan and the film maker BVS Ravi, whose debut picture is a big disaster, he says, “I never look at the success or failure of a person to sign a movie. When he narrated the script, I liked it and contracted it. We can’t tell a person’s capacity with just one movie,” he says.
He discloses that his favorite food is a home-cooked food by his mom. “However sometimes I eat outside, each Sunday I am at home for lunch. My mom cooks annam and tomato pappu. That is my favorite,” he speaks. He says that he favors to eat vegetarian on Sundays as he typically cuddles on the other days.
Talking of his wedding plans, he speaks; he wants to wait for more four years. “I told my mom that I am just making base now as an actor, so I want to wait for more four more years and then settle down,” speaks the actor.
Sai Dharam Tej and Rakul Preet Singh featured picture Winner had got a good start on Friday 24th Feb, with the first day collections being the best ever in Sai Dharam Tej’s film profession.
The picture, which was directed by Gopichand Malineni and financed by Tagore Madhu and Nallamalupu Srinivas had got about Rs 6.4 crore globally on its intial day, making it the third highest openings picture this year, after Khaidi No.150 and Gautamiputra Sathakarni.
