Sachin Tendulkar won’t even charge even a penny for the movie based on his life story, ‘Sachin: A Billion Dreams’.
Mumbai: After Indian Cricket Captain cool Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s biopic unlocked to a great response at the box office, it is currently time for the biopic of International Cricket Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar, the utmost reputable and widely trailed sportsman, to knockout the silver screen.
Sachin, who had initiated his cricketing profession at the ripe stage of 16 years, is a great humble man with a heart of 24 carats gold. Not like MS Dhoni, who was paid liberally for his recent biopic ‘M S Dhoni: The Untold Story’, Sachin was glad to give away his intimate details of his wonderful life without alleging any fees for it. A representative close to Tendulkar apparently said that Sachin would not thought of taking money.
The representative said, “The movie is produced by Sachin Tendulkar’s friend Ravi Bhagchandka. He couldn’t think of charging any cash from him.”
Not only Sachin said yes to this flick, the master blaster left out of his way to encourage his son, Arjun Tendulkar, to perform the younger version of him in his own biopic.
The representative also said that, “Not only did Sachin decide to open up about his lifetime’s involvements to the team, he also convinced his son to perform the young Sachin on silver screen.”
The teaser of the movie was out on YouTube on 14th April this year. So far, 4 posters have been out and the movie teaser alone has been watched more than 5 million times on the internet. This was a huge response.
