Patna media in-charge, Anil Sahni has made the announcement for smacking Tej Pratap for his ‘objectionable remarks’ contrary to Bihar Deputy CM.
Patna: A BJP leader on this Friday has announced a “reward” of Rs 1 crore to anybody who slaps RJD leader Tej Pratap Yadav for his objectionable remarks contrary to Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi.
Yet, the BJP state entity distanced itself from the remarks and dispensed a statement dooming the remarks of Anil Sahni, the party’s media in-charge of Patna district.
The BJP stated that it will take disciplinary action contrary to Sahni for his “reckless utterances”.
“We will provide a reward of Rs 1 crore to anyone who slaps Tej Pratap Yadav. The RJD leader had susceptible to thrash our esteemed Deputy CM inside his house (through the marriage of his son on 3rd December). We wish to pay Yadav in the similar coin,” Sahni had stated.
“We will also organize demonstrations in front of Yadav’s home to put gravity on him to apologise to Sushil Modi,” he had stated.
The BJP leader was responding to a new video footage in which Yadav, the elder son of RJD supremo Lalu Prasad and a previous state minister, was allegedly shown threatening to interrupt Sushil Modi’s son’s wedding and using the words “ghar mein ghus kar maarenge (will weary inside his house)”.
Yadav’s remarks drew strong reaction from Sushil Modi, who commended Lalu Prasad to persuade his son contrary to making provoking speeches.
Yet, in response to Sahni’s remarks, a strongly-worded declaration was issued by BJP state unit presenter Suresh Rungta, who stated, “Sahni has spoken in his personal ability. The party condemns his declaration and has nothing to do with it”.
“The BJP has always been a votary of dignity and decency in public dissertation… Sahni will therefore indeed face disciplinary action by the party,” Rungta said.
