Hyderabad property offences have increased in the IT corridor in the last nine months, thefts and house thefts at night have risen by 200 per cent likened to last year while ordinary thefts like laptops mobile phones and homicide for gain offences have been unchanging. Development rate in property offences in the IT corridor below the jurisdictions of Gachibowli  Madhapu, Chandanagar Raidurgam and PSs  were cut down in 2015 as police strengthened touring, patrols would roam around particular sites based on day time and festival season as per directions issued by the First Response Command Control.

Though only 14 theft cases were registered in 2015 year the number has increased to 38 in IT corridor for this year up to September 30th, as similarly the number of house break-in during night times has pleated, pointing techies and students at flophouses, amenities apartments and flats laptop steals are burglary laptops and cell phones without any worry.  The city police stolen a gang last week and held about 20 laptops and many other cases related to laptop and mobile phone thefts are still under examination.

City zone DCP Viswa Prasad told media that most of the stuff wrongdoings were recorded in KPHB and Kukatpally localities as report, we will upsurge patrolling based on crime charting, we will reinforce shadowing to curb all property related offences, last month 2 cell phones and a laptop were taken from Kiran Hostel.
