The troop burst into glee when Chitti said drama queen Rakhi Sawant’s name to the list!
The legendary actor Rajinikanth said, “Given a choice, I would have chosen for Akshay’s character in the movie. Akshay Kumar has place in all his honesty and hard work to ratify this role. I am very self-assured that after 2.0 release, his enthusiastic acting will be much-admired by one and all.”
Speaking about the movie, Rajinikanth said, “This movie has been directed by the pedant Shankar. It was certainly very hard to work with him, but I adored doing this science fiction movie since it is one of its types. With an excellent technical crew, we will extent Hollywood standards. 2.0 is confidently a movie which will be enjoyed by audiences internationally.”
Rajinikanth also revealed his profound feelings about Salman Khan. When enquired if he would like to work with Salman Khan, he responded, “If Salman is all set, perhaps I will start work with him tomorrow itself!”
The movie 2.0 is a Diwali 2017 release featuring bigwigs Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar. It also costars Amy Jackson, Adil Hussain and Sudhanshu.
Akshay Kumar praises Rajinikanth
Akshay Kumar, who also joined launch, was all tributes for Rajinikanth. “Rajinikanth Sir is well-known for his enthusiastic mannerisms — whether it approaches to walking with swag or tiring glasses in style, no one can suit his calibre. Then he is also recognized for being the most humble gentleman. I think of when one of his movies named Baba did not do well at the box office, Rajini Sir returned the producer all his money.”
