Hyderabad: A Hyderabad advocate has trooped a complaint contrary to Tollywood star and Jana Sena founder Pawan Kalyan. The advocate, S. Rajender Goud had alleged that over his remarks about the Supreme Court’s verdict to play the National Anthem in cinema theatres, the hero had insulted the nation and the Supreme Court.
The Jana Sena founder, who had publicized that he will be sharing his opinion on diverse issues through Twitter, tweeted: “An evening to spend time with family and friends to watch a movie has been made into a testing ground to prove one’s patriotism.”
In a sequence of tweets below the name patriotism, the actor-turned- politician said: “Why political parties can’t start their conferences with the National Anthem, why only movies? Why not the uppermost officer in the nation? Those who address and impose laws… why don’t they lead by instance? So they are SIGNS??’
Mr Goud, in his protest, said that the hero had “offended” the Supreme Court’s governing on the matter.
