The young artist, who is still pursuing her bachelors in business management, reveals that she does not consider performing a serious profession.
Tollywood girl Anandhi made her first appearance with a Vetrimaaran-produced critically-acclaimed movie Poriyaalan, and formed a huge buzz with her subsequent Prabhu Solomon’s movie Kayal. Despite her quiet nature, she is assertive and takes bold conclusions — like blasting director Adhik for having narrated a individual plot firstly for Trisha Illana Nayanthara, while it was in fact an adult comedy — and walking out of Atharvaa’s picture Gemini Ganesanum Surulirajanum newly, for the producers had hid the fact that there were new two heroines in the film!
Talking about multi-starrers Anandhi states, “I don’t think much working in a two-heroine theme (like in the case of KIK), as long as my character is solid and the directors stick to what they had described at first. But in the incident of Gemini Ganesanum Surulirajanum, they whispered it is a two-heroine screenplay — but one more star was signed on and I heard yet one more actress was to be taken on board. If they had said me that in the first place, I would have receive different call. Now, I had no choice but to march out.

The young artist, who is still following her bachelors in business management, states that she does not consider acting a serious profession. “In a logic, I want to be part of movies which are worthy of my work. Else, I am not in an urgency to sign films. I have been a studious one right from my graduate school and have always secured best ranks. Now, I am doing BBA then with the impending tests, my focus is only on my educations.”
Regarding public calling her ‘chinna Sneha’, she quips, “Absolutely, it is a big positive thing for me. I take it as an admiring comment as I am an ardent follower of Sneha ma’am and have grown up viewing her Telugu movies.”
On her favourite star, she utters that all Telugu and Tamil stars in one way or the other appeal to that girl — “But my most favourite is Pawan Kalyan garu and I must declare that it is my cherished wish to act in at least one of his movies as his sister.” (chuckles)
