Microsoft declares its partner Lucidity as the winner of Microsoft Managed Service Partner of the Year Award
A Prominent Cloud service provider from New Zealand, Lucidity, has bagged the award for the category “Managed Service of the Year”. The Award Ceremony was held at the annual Microsoft New Zealand Partner Awards 2017.
The above company is selected among several top-notch Microsoft partners for providing outstanding implementations of managed service customer solutions build with Microsoft’s technology. The award reflects the kind of work it implemented for Seating To Go, a specialist wheelchair and seating assessment, repair and training service.
The Managed Service Partner of the Year Award identifies the company’s partner who comes up with ultimate, innovative solution and shows relentless commitment to work with the company and their own customers. The results were extremely dramatic and it transformed the customer’s server infrastructure, with high levels of scalability, availability, and reliability, minimized IT labor and hardware costs, and improved working efficiency.
During the award ceremony a video depicting how Lucidity associated with a Hamilton-based ICT services provider-CT Business Solutions along with the tech Giant’s Partner, to manufacture mobile first, cloud first IT solution to Seating To Go using the tech giants technologies, including Office 365 running on Lucidity’s remote desktop solution, Managed Desktop.

“Their Managed Desktop service goes far beyond the traditional sense of the term encompassing a wide array of technologies across the Microsoft stack, including Office 365, Azure and private cloud,” says Wheeler.
He further clarified how Lucidity grasped the expertise of CT Business Solutions and could help its client Seating To go. It has helped the company to grow with profit gain, cost reductions, and ultimate user satisfaction. Eventually, this made Seating To Go staff to work from any place using any device whilst working out in the community helping their customers.
