Microsoft revealed that it will integrate LinkedIn Sales Navigator with its own ERP and CRM business software, Dynamics 365. This will ensure that sales people get profitable outcomes.
This integration of Dynamics 365 and LinkedIn Sales Navigator will help sales people to use their professional networks and leverage it to improve pipelines through email, CRM, and LinkedIn and get contextual recommendations from Dynamics 365 to improve sales. Dynamics 365 can help in tailored content for Mails, messages and customized connection requests which could potentially engage buyers. This will finally, help in getting lead updates like news mentions and job changes. Moreover, it can help in maintaining relationships with the already existing connections through action to LinkedIn profile details. In Overall, it would benefit sales people to close deals quickly.
The integrated product of Microsoft and LinkedIn sales tool will be available in July.
The company is also said to be launching an application software for HR teams called Dynamics 365 for keeping track of employees. This software is having modules which enable companies to find best job aspirants through LinkedIn Recruiter integrations which sort out a list of the most up-to-date candidate information. The tool will provide personalized onboarding experiences that accelerate employees’ ability to deliver impact with targeted activities and learning resources besides, accessing relevant contacts and managing the detailed view of employee skills using the HR profile spanning Office 365, Dynamics 365 and LinkedIn tools. This will enhance operational excellence and maximizes the scope of human resources.
In addition, to help companies manage and nurture talent, Microsoft said it is introducing a new application for HR teams called Dynamics 365 for Talent, which provides a 360-degree view of employees. Modules within the application will allow organizations to: access the best talent with LinkedIn Recruiter integrations that give interviewers the most up-to-date candidate information; deliver personalized onboarding experiences that accelerate employees’ ability to deliver impact with targeted activities and learning resources, along with access to relevant contacts; maintain an up-to-date view of employee experiences through a consolidated HR profile spanning Office 365, Dynamics 365 and LinkedIn profile information; and drive operational excellence, measure business impact and improve program effectiveness with integrated intelligence that maximizes human resources.
Dynamics 365 integrated with LinkedIn sales tool will yield what Microsoft called a “new, modern HR experience” and will also be available starting in July.
The July 2016 version of Dynamics 365 is powered by cloud service Microsoft Azure. It has so far delivered good outcomes that connected all the data across an enterprise for making better decisions. The customers include HP, AccuWeather, Ecolab, Helsana and the Renault Sports Formula One Team.
At the time, Microsoft chief executive Satya Nadella said, “Together we can accelerate the growth of LinkedIn, as well as Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics as we seek to empower every person and organization on the planet.”
The transaction closed in December 2016, with LinkedIn chief executive Jeff Weiner pointing to the brands’ “joint vision for changing the way the world works”.
