AP CM son Nara Lokesh is incapable of delivering clearly certain words in Telugu in numerous speeches and this has gone viral on social media.
Amaravati: A man, who works for the social annex of YSR Congress party, was imprisoned on Friday for posting apparently offensive content on numerous platforms contrary to Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu and his son Lokesh.
Rendering to media, Ravi Kiran Inturi was taken from his home at Shamshabad about 3:30 am by the police department.
“They awakened up my husband and asked him to come with them. When I interrogated who they were, one of them acknowledged himself as a police from Tulluru and said that they were taking my hubby to interrogate him on the remarks he had done on the Facebook on TDP leaders. They didn’t tell me where they were taking my hubby,” Inturi’s spouse was cited as saying.
Yet, Tulluru police, while admitting that a case had been filed, did not authorize the arrest. They further said interrogation is underway.
This originates in the wake of Lokesh asking fellow leaders to take criminal action contrary to those “tarnishing our image”.
“The media is favorable to us but we have no influence over the social media and there is much of negative publicity against us. We have to control this,” he is said in a PowerPoint presentation through the coordination meeting of party leaders.
“If we take criminal action contrary to those making serious posts, it will be a warning to others,” Lokesh said.
What apparently enraged Lokesh, who became an MLC and a minister, was the way he was progressively besieged on social media platforms over his public words.
Video clips of his communication skills had gone viral on social media recently and deceptively presented him in a “very poor light”.
Two days before, for example, he prolonged “greetings” to people at a public meeting on the event of 126th “vardhanti” (death anniversary) of Dr B R Ambedkar, while it was the birthday.
The mode he fumbled, incapable to clearly deliver certain words in Telugu, when taking pledge as an MLC or his speech at a meeting where he said balloting on “cycle” (TDP’s poll symbol) was alike “hanging yourself” and one more instance he said that TDP was the single party that was ” communal, casteist, corrupt and money-minded” all showed Lokesh inability, as the videos were dispersed broadly on the social media networks.
His power point presentation to the party leaders on “media feedback” came in contradiction of this backdrop, the party said. And henceforth, Lokesh’s call for criminal action contrary to those who are socializing such posts, they stated.
