Visakhapatnam: IT Minister Nara Lokesh has probed the IT firms to start the companies as promised within next 3 months or else lands assigned to them on the Rushikonda IT hills could be taken back by the Andhra Pradesh State Government. He was here to go to the International Innovation Fair being held in the city by Andhra Pradesh Innovation Society in association with Indian Innovators Association (IIA).
Talking about the instance, IT and Panchayat Raj Minister Nara Lokesh stated after playing a big role in Third Industrial Revolution that was led by Information Technology, again Andhra Pradesh has been moving up to be the part of Fourth Industrial Revolution by empowering Internet of Things (IOT) in all the trades. He stressed that growth of Andhra Pradesh would be conceivable only with modernizations.
On the second day of the fair, he initiated the United Nations Asian Pacific Centre for Transfer of Technology (APCTT) worldwide workshop on “Supporting Innovative Entrepreneurs and Role of Technology Transmission” at the Hotel Gateway.
Emphasizing that the AP government would continuously give top precedence to new innovations cheering them, Lokesh said they have set up modernism hubs in Visakhapatnam, Tirupati, Anantapur, and Kakinada to aid the ambitious entrepreneurs of the areas.
Demanding that Andhra Pradesh was on the growth path by using technology, he said the AP state had recorded 11.5 percent growth rate while the nation’s growth rate was 6 percent.
MP K. Haribabu, UN representative Michiko Enomoto, MLA Vishnu Kumar Raju, AP IT Adviser J.A. Chowdary, IIA president A.S. Rao, IT Ministry principal secretary Vijayanand, district collector Pravin Kumar, AP Innovation Society CEO Prof. V. Valli Kumari, Foreign delegates and others joined.
The minister also stated the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation elections would be conducted soon as well as pending elections in other regions across the AP state also would be held in next 6 months. He stated that the persons would vote for TD as their supervision has taken numerous development works and welfare schemes for the state.
People have faith in Telugu Desam Party: Nara Lokesh
Nara Lokesh said that almost 80 percent of the persons in Andhra Pradesh have trust in Telugu Desam party, and we again retain power in the 2019 elections. TD has been functioning hard for the growth of the state and has been delivering much prominence to complete main irrigation and infrastructure ventures. Growth is the only schema of TD and henceforth people have lots of assurance in the TD government, he said.
Information technology, manufacturing, and few other sectors will make more employment in state and people would vote for Telugu Desam, he said.
Admiring Lokesh, the floor leader of the BJP in the state and Visakhapatnam North MLA P. Vishnu Kumar Raju stated Lokesh is very smart and dynamic minister and that the IT sector will see growth in his leadership.
The BJP lead said that Vizag is perfect for industries and investments and has been mounting leaps and limits. Mr. Lokesh intermingled with several foreign delegates who came to Vizag. They are partaking in the International Innovation Fair 2017 at the Gateway Hotel.
