The ACJ stated that they had experienced the condition first hand through their visit to Tirumala.

Appearing before the court as per its way, TTD EO Anil Singhal well-versed the bench that checks had been led in the last three days and hoteliers and stall owners had been levied Rs 21 lakh fine for selling the snacks and beverages on more rates.

The bench had asked the EO why the TTD was not fixing sensible prices of foodstuff and beverages that both the customers and sellers found reasonable.
