Very heavy rain occurred in Andhra Pradesh at remote places in Anantapur district in Vizianagaram district.
Visakhapatnam: As the southwest torrential rain has become strong over Rayalaseema and vigorous over coastal Andhra Pradesh, heavy rain happened at certain places in the state. The heavy shower could endure at isolated places over the state in the succeeding two days. Very heavy rain happened at remote places in Anantapur district and in Vizianagaram district.

The IMD stated there were two higher air cyclonic circulation structures, one over northwest Bay of Bengal and one more over southwest Madhya Pradesh. A crib on sea level runs from Odisha to South Tamil Nadu through coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema, which could impact the weather.
Rendering to IMD forecast, light to modest rain/thundershowers is very probable to occur at numerous places over Rayalaseema and Coastal Andhra until the next two days. It has also dispensed warning that storm allied with heavy rainfall is very probable to occur at remote places in all the regions of coastal Andhra Pradesh.
