Google Translate app Unblocked in China

After a long waiting, the Chinese Government allowed Google to enter into the Country by the launch of Google Translate without any Censor evading Software.

Over the past few years,  the company products where Clogged by china for  rejecting the submission of censorship of the administration. The administration has blocked all the services offered by the Google products by China’s system of Internet controls known as the Great Firewall of China.

But now, the company had made a partial re-entry into the china market by launching the new update version of Goggle Translate App, which was mainly intended partly at the Chinese users and accessible in the country.

The country has already stated that it would welcome the foreign internet companies if they “respect China’s laws” which means the Internet companies need to submit the censorship and should be prepared to surrender the data to the authorities.

It was the first time that the Chinese users will be able to download the app on Android and iOS without requiring any special censor evading software.

In a blog post, the company said, “With today’s update, we’re hoping to make the Translate experience better for Chinese users, helping break down language barriers by connecting people around the world.”

It also stated that the application offers instant visual translation between Korean and English.

According to the reports, the company was in talks with China about returning back to china. Out of all the services offered by Google, the country needs the most “Google scholar” for academic literature.

In 2015, executive chairman of Google’s parent company Alphabet, Eric Schmidt said that the company was in regular contact with the Chinese administration and expecting to expand its presence in China.

The Chinese companies advertise through Google Internationally and have offices in Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, and Taipei.

Founder of GreatFire.org, Charlie smith said that Internet users still cannot download the app through Google play store because it remains blocked.

He also stated that the app is available for direct download through a Google site which was mainly developed for China and Hosted in China.

The country has the highest population of around 700 million Internet users.

According to the media reports the company was attempting to negotiate into the China market by offering the Google Play store, even CEO of Google, Sundar Pichai, have publicly stated their desire to bring more Google products to Chinese users.
