Gautham Menon also speaks about introducing Naga Chaitanya Akkineni to the Tamil film industry.
Gautham Menon’s newest movie Sahasam Swasaga Sagipo is doing well in spite of the crash crunch in the nation. “We have just had a small influence, as most bookings for our movie have been done through internet. The cash collections are good and it is going strong,” says Gautham Menon.
Admiring Naga Chaitanya for his presentation, he speaks, “He is well matured as an actor. When it arrives to acting, I never advise him much, it was all normal.”
The director, who had previously functioned with Chaitanya in Ye Maaya Chesave movie says, “YMC was his 2nd movie and he required an advice back then. Currently, he knows what the director needs and goes with the stream.”
Gautham Menon currently wants to familiarize Chaitanya to the Tamil film industry. “He speaks out Tamil well and I want to present him to the Tamil viewers with a movie,” says Menon who is directing Vikram in his ensuing and also has a movie with Suriya in the stream. “I would like to do a movie in all South Indian languages. Even director Chandoo Mondeti is going high on the victory of Naga Chaitanya’s Premam movie. Ever since the movie’s release, he has been connected with numerous projects and artists. The young director has then prepared a script for Nagarjuna and is very intense to take it onward.
“Chandoo has been an admirer of Nagarjuna from the beginning. And his lifetime would come complete circle if he caught to work with him,” discloses a source. Deceptively, Nagarjuna will be seen doing a cop character.
“He will be presented in a very optimistic light and the role is interesting too. The movie will touch upon an imperative issue which Chandoo has investigated. It rests to be seen what the hero says,” the representative adds. Nagarjuna has newly returned from a tour to Paris and Chandoo will describe the script to him soon.
