Salman Khan had a major role to play in this purchase, says a close source to the family.
Salman Khan loves his small sister Arpita Khan Sharma. A slight while ago, he drawn out all the breaks when it came to her fabled wedding at the Falaknuma Palace and currently, he appears to have done it again.
Rendering to real estate sources in Mumbai, Salman has a big role to play in the buying of a flat picked up by Arpita and her spouse Aayush Sharma. Situated in Bandra, one of the most lavish areas in Mumbai, it is a giant duplex with 4,000 sq feet carpet area in a house called Flying Carpet.
Known that property rates in the area cost anywhere between Rs 50,000 to Rs 55,000 per sq ft., the worth of the flat is assessed to be close to Rs 25 crores.
Siddhant Gupta of a property firm based out of Bandra supposed, “The asking charge in the building where Arpita has purchased the flat is about Rs 55,000 per square ft. and a duplex pent house has about 4,000 square ft. carpet area. Selling a pent house is hard and henceforth the asking price is a bit lower than that of other households.”
Though Arpita refused to remark on the development, real estate sources believe that Salman has had much more to do with the giant purchase. One more friend on the condition of secrecy however said, “The flat was bought by Arpita and her spouse. Salman didn’t purchase it.”
Salman Khan is well-known to indulge his little sister. Previous year he gifted Arpita’s son a BMW car as a welcome sign when he came home for the first time after birth from the hospital.
