Speaking at the event, Kasthoori Raja supposed, “When I started Thulluvadho Ilamai, Dhanush was least interested in Movies”.
Mumbai: At the promotion meet of a new movie, Paarkka Thonuthe, director Kasthoori Raja out that his second son, Dhanush never desired to act, when he launched him in Thulluvadho Ilamai, as he was still Graduating. Paarkka… Features debutants Tara and Harshad in the lead and is directed by Jai Balaji.
Talking at the event, Kasthoori Raja said, “When I started Thulluvadho Ilamai, Dhanush was least attentive in acting. The investment banker of the film was irritated and asked if my son and I were playing with his cash. Similarly, Selvaraghavan at all times wanted to act, but now he is a filmmaker!”
Veteran actor -director-writer Visu has given out a statement that Kasthuri Raja worked as his assistant since his major film ‘Manal Kaiyiru’ in 1982 for sixteen years and he is very near to the family. He assures every person that Dhanush is indeed Kasthuri Raja’s son and contrary to the Thirupuvanam couple’s claims Visu has provided two snaps one in which Dhanush is aged nearby ten with the family and another in Visu’s daughter’s marriage at a higher age.
As of now Dhanush is traveling new territories and new characters and this is what will keep him growing as an actor. As for the Tamil viewers and the film industry, having seen Dhanush successful in dissimilar hats, they are waiting to see when he will turn director and what mystic he will weave on display.
He drives on to add, “Today, producers have to face numerous problems before finishing a film. Small films like Paarkka Thonuthe should be encouraged and should run well.” The producer was also upset at the recent court case about a couple ask for that Dhanush is their son.
