Vijayawada: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu stressed on Monday the need to update human resources to face global competition. The CM said that human resource development should be designed according to emerging IT trends, including Fintech, data analysis and cyber security. Mr. Naidu said that industry secretaries and HRD should coordinate with the chief secretary to organize skills development programs in areas where protocols have signed to establish industries in the recent partnership summit in Visakhapatnam .
Mr. Naidu described growth, development, horticulture, trade, hotels and restaurants, fishing and aquaculture, construction, transportation, Storage, agriculture, real estate, housing and services. He said infrastructure should be developed in all villages over the next two years and told officials to focus on solving the problems of a decade in the villages and take measures to improve infrastructure .
Naidu said the incomes of poor villagers should be improved by encouraging dairy farms. He said the R & B and police departments had to work in coordination to use the central funds for roads connecting remote areas and added that a separate body should be developed to improve the roads. Describing the forthcoming budget as outcome results Budget, Mr. Naidu said he should aim for an integrated development, 2019 vision, GVA, family happiness index, key performance indicators.

He asked officials to begin construction of the hospitality institute in Tirupati and stressed the need to float a distinct body of global institute of excellence in governance. The CM considered that the GST would contribute to developing a friendly atmosphere for traders. He said the central government is heading for online transactions and there is a possibility of increasing income in urban areas with online transactions.
