The Bajaj Pulsar 200NS was discontinued in 2015 to give breathing space to new launches, the Bajaj pulsar ns, and the semi-faired Pulsar AS200. Though, both the bikes did not find many takers. The 2017 edition of the Bajaj Pulsar 200NS was recently showcased at the dealer event in Turkey.
Introduced first in 2012, the Pulsar 200NS automobile was in the different league than the rest of the Bajaj Pulsar family. A lot of hard work had gone into refinement and build quality. Coupled to a 6-speed gearbox, the engine is capable of producing the 23.52 PS of maximum power at 9,500 rpm and 18.3 Nm of peak torque at 8,000 rpm.
Reports had come in an earlier that the 2017 Bajaj Pulsar 200NS would begin retail by mid-January and will meet all the upcoming BSIV emission standards. Expect an official announcement soon.
