Amitabh Bachchan’s cryptic tweet is quite puzzling. Does it reveals about Vinod Khanna’s health?
Veteran actor Vinod Khanna was hospitalized on Friday even a picture of the actor went viral on social media in which he looked quite ill. He was admitted to hospital due to severe dehydration and he is doing well now, as told by his son Rahul Khanna. He also appreciated the care taken by the hospital staff and all good wishes that were pouring into 70-year-old thespian’s wellness. But some reports claim that the actor is suffering from bladder cancer, which is indeed shocking.
The spokesperson of Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital released a statement in which it is mentioned that Mr. Vinod Khanna was admitted to the hospital for severe dehydration and is responding well to the treatment.
Whilst the Veteran actor is recovering, one of his Bollywood Co-star and friend Amitabh Bachchan‘s cryptic tweet was quite saddening. Mr. Bachchan shared a sad image of himself and wrote, Strange is it not, that the passing of the near and dear and colleagues, coerces one to start questioning one’s own longevity!
There is no confirmation yet from Mr. Khanna’s family on the same.
Vinod Khanna is much active in the film scene also serving as a Bharatiya Janata Party MP from Gurdaspur in Punjab.
The Yesteryear actor (born on 6 October 1946) was a heartthrob of his time. He is also a successful producer and an active politician. He has done more than 141 films between 1968 and 2013. He debuted in Bollywood in the year 1968.
Khanna’s superhit movies which are best remembered for his outstanding performance were Mere Apne, Mera Gaon Mera Desh, Imitihaan, Inkaar, Amar Akbar Anthony, Lahu key Do Rang, Qurbani, Dayavaan, and Jurm. He has also acted as second lead roles or negative roles. He performance in debut in 1968 was highly critically acclaimed and from then he was offered lead roles. Khanna appeared in many movies as the second lead to Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra, and Rajesh Khanna. He was also in a lead role in the Pakistani movie Godfather released in 2007.
He has two sons Rahul Khanna and Akshaye Khanna from his first marriage and one son, Saakshi and a daughter, Shraddha from his second marriage.
Mr. Khanna is known as one among the three handsome actors of Bollywood Dharmendra and Shammi Kapoor.
