AIADMK MLA from Madurai S Saravanan had filed the case against her and Palanisamy at Kuvathur Police Station.
Chennai: In more distress for V K Sasikala, the MLA of AIADMK from Madurai, S Saravanan on 15th February, Wednesday filed a kidnapping case contrary to her and Palanisamy in Kuvathur Police Station. He purported that the MLAs were put up in the resort by her contrary to their will.
S Saravanan, who signifies Madurai South, landed up at acting Chief Minister O Panneerselvam’s house late night on 13th February, Monday this week, and told the reporters that he had run away from the Koovathur resort by climbing a wall.
Saravanan also appealed that he had to mask himself to escape from the resort. He apparent that party MLAs “were being held” at the Koovathur resort and sued he had given a slip by having a “t-shirt and Bermuda (shorts)”.
“If the proper floor test is held now, Panneerselvam will definitely win it. Both those who have arrived to his side and those who have not will vote for him,” he had stated.
The Supreme Court on Tuesday had hastened Sasikala’s faiths of becoming the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu by sentencing her in the DA case and condemning her to four years in jail. Sasikala is on the way to Bengaluru to surrender herself.
The 62-year-old leader, who was sealed in a hostile tussle with AIADMK’s O Panneerselvam for Tamil Nadu’s chief ministership, had taken the inexorable journey to the Karnataka capital after the Supreme Court declined to give her further time to get surrendered.
